What strikes me the most in Thailand is the contrast between poverty of the common people and wealth of its temples and palaces. Bangkok is a wonderfully colourful and lively city, full of hospitable locals and crowded with tourists. When exploring its secrets, I dared to venture off the beaten tracks to discover its real people and have a glimpse at their lives.
